The BAE Hawk had its maiden flight in 1974. Originally designed as a fighter aircraft, the jet is still primarily used as a training aircraft to this day. This faithful replica of Phoenix - with a span of 1.75m - is made using the latest laser-cut technologies as a light and high-strength wooden construction that inspires with its enormous attention to detail.

Extremely high degree of prefabrication The model is made in extremely light and high-strength, laser-cut balsa wood construction. The construction impresses with an enormously high degree of prefabrication, which reduces the construction effort almost to the installation of the drive and electronics. In addition, the model is covered completely and true to the original with iron-on film.

Electric retractable undercarriage The scope of delivery includes an electric metal undercarriage, which can be precisely installed in a few simple steps. The robust, spring-loaded landing gear ensures prototypical take-offs and smooth landings even on grass runways.

Numerous scale details The BAE Hawk from Phoenix Model has numerous scale details ex works. A special highlight is the detailed cockpit and the fully painted pilot figure. But the model is not only confusingly similar to its prototype on the ground - the Hawk also has an impressively prototypical flight pattern in the air.
